Основная рутина состоит из трех фаз: зритель выбирает карту, затем она теряется в колоде. Но не проходит и 10 секунд, как эта карта оказывается в кепке, которая все это время была одета на вас. При этом к самой кепке вы притрагиваетесь только, чтобы ее снять и показать эффект.
Пока зритель пытается вразуметь, как вы это сделали, вы демонстрируете зрителю, что в самой кепке нет ни потайных карманов, ни дубликатов подписанной карты. Плавно переходя ко второй фазе, вы надеваете кепку, открыто демонстрируете карту зрителю и теряете ее в колоде. На этот раз все происходит намного быстрее, – карта в кепке за доли секунды.
Зритель вероятно захочет очень пристально смотреть за вашими руками в третьей фазе, и у вас нет причин возражать. Карта открыто идет в середину колоды… для того, чтобы дать ВСЕЙ колоде исчезнуть. В ваших руках остается карта зрителя, а в кепке, которая была одета все это время – вся остальная колода.
