MAGIGRAM magazine ran from 1966 to 1995. It was printed by SUPREME MAGIC CO. and edited with superb ability by Ken de Courcy.
The collaborators were the best ever, just to name a few: Ken de Courcy, Edwin, Ian Adair, Peter Warlock, Max Maven, Lewis Ganson, Maurice Fogel, Arthur Carter, George Blake, David Britland, Pavel, George Johnstone, Billy McComb and a certain Aldo Colombini (I had a column for over 20 years on card magic written by Lewis Ganson).
CONTENTS:
VACATION (Max Maven): Two Jokers capture the four Kings one by one. A very strong impromptu routine!
SPEEDY SPONGES (Arthur Carter): A very easy and clever routine with sponge balls in three phases!
NEWSPAPER MIRACLE (Arthur Carter): A full page of a magazine or newspaper is torn into sixteen and a piece selected by a spectator. You predicted the contents of the piece!
FLAGGING ATTENTION (Max Maven): A trick with countries and flags. A unique prediction with a principle that you will use for other routines!
WRONG GUESS (George Blake): An impromptu revelation of a selected card among four other cards of opposite color!
ULTRA SPELLING THE ACES-PLUS (Aldo Colombini): The four Aces are lost in the deck and revealed by spelling their names. At the end, the four Kings appear instead of the Aces!
HAVANA SANDWICH (Aldo Colombini): A selected card appears between the two red Aces, then between the two black Aces and, finally, between two other selected cards!
RANK PADDLE (Aldo Colombini): A card is selected. A blank paddle is shown and suddenly a card appears on the paddle, it is the 3D, but the selected card is the 2D. You remove the card and show that the middle pip is missing and it is glued on the paddle. The card now is really a 2D!
TRAPPED (Francis Haxton): Two Jacks capture a selected card (another impromptu routine)! PRIMARY (Max Maven): A clever application for the Prime Number Principle. Easy and (again) impromptu!
