SPECTATOR CUTS 12 WAYS
The spectator cuts the deck into four packets. The top card of each packet is shown to be a King. The performer says, “Behind every great man is a great woman.” The card under each king is shown to be a Queen. He further states, “With that kind of back up, he can accomplish amazing things.” Each packet is turned face up to reveal the four aces.
TRIPLE PROPHECY TRIP
Four cards are put off to the side as a prediction. A card is selected and lost in the deck. The spectator names a number between ten and twenty. In a deft move the performer cuts a packet from the center of the deck. This packet is counted and it contains a number of cards corresponding to the spectator’s named number. Next, the four-card prediction is revealed to add up to the named number. Finally, the last card counted from the cut packet is revealed to be the selection. A triple prophecy!
O.K. ITO
Four coins are dumped from an Okito Box. Two coins are placed into the box and the spectator is asked to hold it. The remaining two are placed into your left hand for the time being.
The box is placed onto the back of your palm-down right hand. The spectator presses on top of the lid and a coin seems to penetrate the box and your hand, landing onto the table. The spectator opens the box to reveal a single coin remains inside.
The spectator places the two coins back into the box and closes the lid. One of the left hand coins is vanished and appears in the box. The spectator closes the empty box and the fourth coin penetrates the box with a clank. They hear the coin penetrate!
Finally the boxed fourth coin vanishes, “Money comes–money goes.”
SO YOU WANT TO BE FAMOUS
A signed card is kept by the performer for a brief moment as a souvenir of a famous spectator. It is quickly verified that the spectator is not famous, so the card is ripped and almost tossed. The performer has an epiphany and three pieces are squeezed between the hands and restored–minus the last piece. The restored section and last piece are given to the spectator with the suggestion, “If you can restore the last piece, then you will be famous—good luck!”
