The magician shuffles the deck and asks a spectator to freely choose and sign a card. The signed card is returned and the deck is shuffled again. The magician then introduces a knife and invites the spectator to stab it directly into the deck. At the moment the blade penetrates the cards, the spectator genuinely feels the resistance and sensation of piercing through.
